The webshop www.hildebrandbags.com is executed by the company HILDEBRAND SWEDEN AB, registered at Värtavägen 35, Stockholm, Sweden, with VAT registration number SE559077926901. All products remain the property of HILDEBRAND SWEDEN AB until full payment has been made. All attempts to deceive will be reported to the Police. We reserve the right to correct any mistake or error printed on this site. Due to the digital format of photographs we can not grant that the pictures reflect the exact nature of the real products.

According to Swedish law, we have to ask for your approval to treat your personal data. All the information you give us or that we get when you visit our site will be handled responsibly and safely by HILDEBRAND SWEDEN AB. The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business responsibilities to you and for marketing purposes. HILDEBRAND SWEDEN AB will not provide your personal data to a 3rd party for marketing purposes unless you agree to it. If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it is corrected or deleted.

For all enquiries regarding personal data, please send your request in an email to info@hildebrandbags.com. Please note that if you refuse us to handle certain personal data, we may have to decline your purchase order.

   SHIPPING POLICY   

DELIVERY

We will always try to ship your order within 1 business day from that you have made your order. Usually if you make your order before 11.00 AM GMT+1 we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. The shipping alternatives are listed in the checkout after submitting your address details.

DELIVERY TIME BY COUNTRY

Sweden: 1-3 work days
Europe: 3-6 work days

USA and ROW: Please contact us and we will be able to arrange shipment.

Due to the special circumstances we experience with the Corona Virus pandemic we cannot guarantee any delivery times.  

SHIPMENT FEE BY COUNTRY

Sweden: Free shipping
Shipments and returns within Sweden are free of charge and are fulfilled by Postnord.

Europe: We apply a flat rate of 200 SEK for all shipments to all countries within Europe. Any return expenses will be at the customer's expense. 

 

USA and ROW: Please contact us and we will arrange shipping. Cost depends on shipment and delivery option.
 

SHIPMENT INFORMATION

Postnord (Sweden)
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.posten.se/
Postnord will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.

UPS:
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.ups.com/

UPS will deliver your parcel to the delivery address given in your order. If you are not there to receive the package UPS will leave a message and the package will be held at a local UPS access point.

Orders are shipped out from HILDEBRAND SWEDEN AB warehouse located in Stockholm, Sweden.

All prices shown on products include 25% Swedish VAT. If your delivery address is within the European Union (EU), you will pay the price incl 25% VAT. If your delivery address is outside the EU, the price to pay will be without VAT.

  RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY  

We accept returns made within 14 days from when you’ve received it.

Sweden: Use the enclosed return waybill and pack the bag in the same or similar packaging as it came in. Leave it at a Postnord access Point.

Europe: Use the enclosed return waybill and pack the bag in the same or similar packaging as it came in. Call DHL to schedule a pick up or leave it at a drop off location to send it back.

Outside of EU: Please contact us at eazykidz@mail.com and inform us of what you want to return and we will send you a commercial invoice. Use the enclosed return waybill and pack the bag in the same or similar packaging as it came in. Call DHL to schedule a pick up or leave it at a drop off location to send it back. Give the commercial invoice to DHL.

If you don’t have the return label email eazykidz@mail.com and we will send you a new one!

 

REFUNDS


In case of a return we will refund your payment, including shipping costs, via the same means used to make the initial purchase. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We refund the money as soon as we receive the return.

 

EXCHANGES

Return the bag, using the enclosed return waybill, and then place a new order for the product you wish instead. We will refund you for the first purchase as soon as we receive it.
